Stefan Woodhouse is the Product Manager – Freeze & Thaw at Sartorius. He holds a Master degree and a PhD in Biochemical Engineering where his research was focused on improving product titres in microbial fermentation. Stefan joined Sartorius in 2016 and has worked in various technical field roles, most recently as product specialist for Freeze & Thaw EMEA, providing application and project support to customers in the region. Since 2024 as product manager, he’s been dedicated to providing robust solutions for the freezing and transport of valuable drug substances to the market. Most recently this was achieved by the expansion of the Celsius® FFT | FFTp portfolio with the FFTp 2L, and completing the launch of the second generation of products.
