Alternatively, if you wish to utilise your own shipping company, please adhere to the following delivery guidelines:
Delivery of Instructions
- Please schedule delivery for the 16th of February due to another event taking place.
- The venue has advised not to send deliveries prior to the week before the event due to limited storage spaces.
- All goods and packages will be directed the venues logistic department.
If you would like to send these directly to the venue, please ensure the below shipping labels are attached to each of your items.
Important: Deliveries with incomplete or incorrect labelling may be delayed, refused, or sent back. Please kindly note, IMAPAC and the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or delays during the delivery process.
