* A reminder to all Exhibitors that it is your responsibility to ensure that your booth is presentable from ALL angles. Please do not assume that the Exhibitor behind or beside you will cover up your back or side wall, as their booth may not be the same height as yours. If a neighbouring Exhibitor raises a complaint about this, it will be at the Organisers’ discretion, and the Exhibitor at fault will bear the cost to rectify the problem.

BOOTH BUILDING & VENUE REGULATIONS

Guidelines for Booth and Stand Constructions, Installations & Dismantling Works

1. General Booth and Stand Construction Responsibilities

  • Exhibitors are responsible for the design, construction, decoration, dismantling, and cleaning of their stands.

2. Structures Facing Open Spaces

  • Structures should not block more than 1/3 of any open side of the stand, unless approved in advance by Event Services.
  • Structures cannot extend over aisles, and no decorations, signs, or lighting should be placed in aisles.

3. Height Restrictions

  • Please note that the ceiling height of the venue is 215cm (2.15 meters/7 feet).
  • Due to ceiling height restrictions, banners and other fixtures must not exceed 2.15m in height.
  • Failure to comply with height rules may result in dismantling or adjustments at the exhibitor’s cost.
  • Each table measures 120 x 60 cm. A table, chairs, and access to power will be provided. Please refer to your contract for the details of your specific package

4. Electrical Installations

  • Electrical installations must comply with high-voltage regulations.
  • Exhibitors are not allowed to obstruct the electricity supply strips on stand walls.
  • Power sockets are located near utility channels in the floor, and exhibitors should ensure their power socket locations avoid obstruction.
