DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Alternatively, if you wish to utilise your own shipping company, please adhere to the following delivery guidelines:
Delivery of Instructions
- All packages sent by courier to 7A Odenplan, Norrtullsgatan 6, must be delivered all the way up to the conference floor on level 2 only by 17th March 2026.
- Packages may not be left on the entrance level. 7A is not responsible for transporting packages from the entrance level to the conference floor.
Package pickup
- Packages to be collected by a courier must be fully packed and ready, with a return label clearly attached.
- The courier must be informed that the package should be collected from the conference floor on level 2, not from the entrance level.
- Full pallets do not fit in the elevator, but half-pallets are fine.
- If the package is on a pallet, all materials must be fully packed on the pallet when it is delivered to the conference.
- 7A is not responsible for packing packages or transporting them from the entrance/reception if the package is not fully packed and correctly labeled.
Time frames for delivery and pickup
- Packages can be delivered by courier one day before the booked conference date.
- Couriers must pick up packages no later than the morning after the conference has ended.
- Courier deliveries may take place on weekdays between 08:00–16:00.

- Elevator dimensions: 79 cm wide, 120 cm deep, 190 cm high.
- Maximum load: 480 kg.
