SET UP & BREAK-DOWN REGULATIONS

Admission
All booths must remain fully operational until the end of afternoon break on Thursday 19 March. It is imperative that exhibitors clear their belongings from their booths by 6:00PM on Thursday 19 March.
- At the end of the exhibition period, exhibitors must leave their booths and the surrounding area clean and orderly, free from debris and waste. To prevent damage or loss of exhibits, exhibitors must pack and remove their exhibits from the site and clearly mark items for the freight forwarder before leaving the Exhibition Hall on Thursday 19 March.
- If clearing is not completed by the dismantling hours, the Organiser is entitled to take the following actions:
- Enter the booth and remove, or cause to be removed, all properties and items belonging to the Exhibitor, storing them in any warehouse or place of the Organiser's choosing.
- Take any other necessary actions to restore the surrounding area to good order and condition.
All expenses incurred by or in connection with the exercise of the Organiser's rights above, including storage charges for warehousing or other forms of storage of the exhibitor’s properties, shall be borne by the Exhibitor.

Cleaning
General cleaning of the exhibition area will be provided, but exhibitors are requested to maintain their own stands in a tidy condition.
Exhibitors who anticipate substantial quantities of waste materials due to operating exhibits or special activities must inform the Organiser in advance for necessary waste removal arrangements. Costs for bulk waste removal may apply.

Storage
The Organiser has no obligation to provide any service for storage facilities on site for packing cases, surplus materials, or other properties for the Exhibitor.
Prior arrangements for safekeeping of such items must be made with the Exhibitor’s local agent. Otherwise, Exhibitors shall arrange for the materials to be returned to their own premises.

Sound Level
Sound level must be set at a level that will cause no interference with or annoyance to other Exhibitors. The Organiser reserves the right to reduce the sound level or switch off any audio/visual displays, which cause complaints. The Organiser’s decision is final if such a dispute arises. The Exhibitor is prohibited from using amplifying equipment that is objectionable to the Organiser.

Liabilities and Insurance
The Organiser will take reasonable precautions to ensure the security and safety of the exhibition hall and adjacent areas. However, the Organiser will not accept liability to Exhibitors or their employees for any direct or indirect damage, loss of, or damage to exhibits, including the risk of fire.
Exhibitors are required to insure, indemnify, and hold the Organiser and the hall owner harmless for all costs, claims, demands, and expenses resulting from loss or injury to any persons while they are on or examining or passing the exhibitor stand during the exhibition.
The Exhibitor is responsible for the liability and risk of their servants, agents, or exhibits. All exhibits are placed at the Exhibitor’s own risk. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for theft, damage, or loss of exhibits.
The Organiser shall not be responsible for any restrictions or conditions that prevent the construction, erection, completion, alteration, or dismantling of stands, or for the entry, siting, or removal of exhibits. Nor shall they be responsible for the failure of any services or amenities provided by the hall landlord, or for the cancellation or part-time opening of the exhibition, or for amendments or alterations to the rules and regulations caused by circumstances beyond their control. Exhibitors must ensure that their temporary staff or agents are insured against claims for workman’s compensation.

Security
Exhibitors are reminded that the primary responsibility for safeguarding belongings lies with them. It is strongly recommended that at least one personnel from the exhibiting company be present at the booth during set-up, exhibition, and dismantling. The Organiser is not responsible for the insurance of booths and goods. Exhibitors are advised to insure valuable items. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of exhibits or any properties of Exhibitors or representatives at the exhibition venue during the construction, exhibition, and dismantling period. For security and safety reasons, exhibit movement in or out of the hall during show hours is not permitted.
