DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure smooth and timely handling of your materials at the Antibody & Tides Summit 2025, we are pleased to announce that SITE Event Logistics have been appointed by IMAPAC - organiser of the show as the Sole Official Freight Forwarder. Through SITE’s global office network, SITE can offer tailored solutions to your shipping requirements. SITE will assist all your documentation requirements free of cost to ensure shipments clear customs in time. As the recommended logistics contractor SITE will be able to provide the most competitive rates along with priority delivery to stand for clients who book services direct. SITE have different options available so please let them know which one you prefer. We recommend utilizing SITE’s advanced receiving warehouse to avoid shipping direct to venue and shipments being misplaced or being stuck in customs.
Option 1 - Comprehensive all-inclusive freight package – Collected from client’s door and delivered direct to stand at the venue.
Option 2 – All courier shipments to be received at the advanced receiving warehouse prior to the show. SITE will then deliver the shipments directly to each booth.
Deadlines: All shipments should reach the advanced receiving warehouse by 4th September. Please consider the transit time & customs formalities when planning your shipments. It is important to note that the venue cannot support with acting as the importer of record on any shipping documents. Please contact SITE ASAP so they can assist with the receiving address and import instructions.
Disclaimer: We recommend that you send your exhibition materials/boxes to SITE’s Advance Warehouse for the event as they will ensure that your materials are delivered to your stand for set up and to avoid your materials being misplaced or lost at the venue. Please note that if you do send your materials directly to the venue, IMAPAC will not take any responsibility for lost boxes/items, however we will try our best to help source these for you on-site if the situation arises.

Delivery of Instructions
- Exhibitors & sponsors who wish to send packages ahead of time, may do so between 2nd and 9th September 2025.
- The venue has advised not to send deliveries prior to the week before the event due to limited storage spaces.
- All goods and packages will be directed the venues logistic department.
Important: Deliveries with incomplete or incorrect labelling may be delayed, refused, or sent back. Please kindly note, IMAPAC and the Park Inn by Raddison assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or delays during the delivery process.
